We specialise in personalised cookies that are perfect for weddings, engagements, kitchen teas, baby showers, birthdays, or just creating a special way for you to tell someone you’re thinking of them. We love working with clients to make unique designs that elegantly enhance any celebration.
Brisita Rojas originally hails from South America and began baking with her Mama at a young age. Ever since she first whisked eggs for a tray of cookies as a child, she’s always loved making delicious treats for people to enjoy. MAMACITA BRISITA is her way of spreading that love beyond her family and friends.
Outside of the kitchen, Brisita is engaged to Lachlan and she lives in Melbourne with her French Bulldog, Olive.
